Growing up in The Gambia as a child, I discovered my passion for Afro-Caribbean hair styling. I taught myself how to style different types of braids and cornrows from an early age. After moving to the UK, I studied hairdressing at college, and have been working as a professional hair stylist for over 10 years. Opening Efo's Hair Lounge in 2023 is my way of bringing high-end professional style to the Afro-Caribbean salon market.
